Shipping Policy

1. We can ensure 99 percent of our goods can safely arrive destination of customer, default shipping without premium, we can buy premium on behalf of our customer.


2. Before you sign for the receipt of the goods, please check if the packaging is intact, the parcel was not opened or water. If you find any problems (For example the item is damaged in transportation).Please tell the carrier and ask them to compensate your loss. SimeniBiz.com has non-responsibility to resend or repair the item if the package is damaged in transportation.


3. On customs and import duty side, the situation related to the detaining, we are only responsible for the assistance. In case of confiscation, we are not responsible for compensation, so to remind customer to buy our products with the attention of your own country's import restrictions, tariff setting, such as the following radio signal jammers, high powered lasers, and quasi-medical products, that are not legal to import into certain countries.


4. To transport some or all of the missing items or customer claims not to have received the case of products, when there is conclusive evidence, we will re-sent product free of charge, but freight from customer themselves. 6. For significantly not as described items, we will refund buyers reasonable shipping cost for returning items using regular post office airmail. For defective products, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost to us and we will take care of shipping cost back to buyers. For frequent buyers or contracted distributors, we suggest a way to save shipping cost. You may set up return schedules and accumulate enough items before returning them in bulk.
